Delivery dates will be confirmed on your email confirmation which you will receive when you place your order. Dates given on your order confirmation relate to UK and Ireland customers. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for deliveries to mainland Europe. When placing your order, you have the option to select a preferred delivery date. Selecting a preferred delivery date indicates when you would prefer to receive your delivery but does not guarantee that you will receive your order on this date. Please note that the due date for any out-of-stock items may be later than your preferred delivery date. Please refer to your order confirmation for details of delivery dates. If a due date for a back-ordered item is extended you will be notified by email.
Depend completely on the location, dimensions & weight of your consignment. All orders over 300 €/£ are delivered to the UK & Ireland Free of Charge. Outside of the UK & Ireland & at the time of despatch, we reserve the right to advise the buyer of the additional delivery charges if necessary.
We use a local courier service to deliver your items, depending on the size, weight and value of your order. You will receive an email from us when your order is despatched, along with any tracking information associated with your order.
